NAFI Silent Auction

Propellers aren’t only an essential component of powered flight, but an art form. Many pilot homes, hangars, offices, and FBOs are adorned with propellers. You have an opportunity to become the proud owner of a beautiful wooden propeller while supporting NAFI’s mission to promote flight instruction excellence through education, mentorship, and advocacy.

Hartzell Propeller has generously donated a new, 74”, brass edged wooden propeller to be used for a silent auction (see picture below). The propeller was crafted to standards and is worthy to hang anywhere…except on an airplane (not airworthy). The propeller will be on display at NAFI’s Professional Development Center (PDC) location during AirVenture and bids will be accepted at the PDC and online. The starting bid is $500.00.

To see the highest daily bid, be sure to check this page each day or visit our tent at AirVenture (# 316). Bidding Starts at 0800 CDT on Monday, July 25th. The winner will be determined on Saturday, July 30 at 1700 CDT. All proceeds will be used to support NAFI educational programs.
