Presented by Susan Parson, Special Assistant, FAA Flight Standard Service and Paul Preidecker, Regional Airline Chief Instructor

In response to comments on the October 2018 MentorLIVE, “Turning Fledglings into Fliers,” Paul Preidecker and Susan Parson are back with an in-depth discussion of the collaborative critique approach to post-flight debriefing.
